Dominic has been effectively involved in ministry to youth and young adults in the Pueblo area since 1999. He began his ministry at Praise Assembly of God, under Pastor Bobby J. Wilson. While at Praise AG, he worked as a youth leader and then in street outreach and evangelism. In 2004, he took a full time position at Cornerstone Assembly of God as the youth and young adult pastor, as well as being the director of a new online charter school.
In the summer of 2006, he stepped out to launch a new non profit that works with the at-risk youth of the community called Ignite Mentoring. This organization included a new online charter school called the Ignite Mentoring Center, a graphic design track, a multi-media track, a mentoring program, and a photography track. Ignite Mentoring officially became the "LIFE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE-PUEBLO" on May 1st, 2008.
During the transition, our team began polishing our plans to launch a new and exciting church. Which brings us to now! The Restoration Center. A church restoring hope, restoring faith, and restoring people. A ministry that will reach out to the lost people of this city.
In order to do this, we have worked under the guidance of the ARC (Association of Related Churches). This is an awesome organization that comes alongside potential church planters to prepare them for their launch. The ARC is a catalyst for planting healthy, vibrant, life-giving churches across the country.
We are also being mentored by several awesome pastors who serve as our overseer's. These pastors include Spencer Jones of Southside Worship Center in Chicago, Wayne Hanson of Summit Church in Castle Rock, Mark Apodaca of Amazing Grace Fellowship in Pueblo West and Dean Hawk of the Rock Family Church in Colorado Springs.
